The Winterthurer Musikfestwochen are the oldest regularly occurring open air festivals in Switzerland. The central idea of the Musikfestwochen is to present a new concept each year. For the 40th anniversary of the festival in 2015, I conceptualized a completely new appearance. The goal was to celebrate the anniversary and the diversity which defines the festival. With the festival administrators, I developed this project we called “Mix-Max” which was the central element communicated. The overall appearance emphasized the playful, creative, multifaceted spirit of the Musikfestwochen. In addition to revising the Logo, I was responsible for the design of various mediums of communication.
